ALAMOUT VILLA

In the month of August 2015, our company was entrusted with the task of designing and constructing a villa situated in Alamut. The client expressed a desire for the villa to offer a pleasing sightline .and seclusion from the adjacent alleyway

After visiting the site we found out, a comprehensive 360-degree panorama view of the surrounding mountains was impeded by both adjacent residential dwellings and the foliage of surrounding trees. so we made the decision to develop a platform and assess the functional spaces therein. To enhance the panoramic view, we elevated the living quarters by one story and incorporated a terrace atop the new level to maximize the space's potential. The optimal perspective of the higher level can facilitate the acquisition of said information. In an effort to enhance the visibility of the surrounding landscape, we aimed to replicate the incline of the roof thereby mirroring it.
