BALCONY VILLA

The strategy of dividing the building into two parts, private and public spaces, which are connected to each other by means of a middle yard. The middle space creates the possibility of better lighting and increases the visibility of the Fasham landscape. In general, a balcony villa places the porch, terrace, and balcony of residential spaces higher than the outside space, so that if the user sits there, he can dominate the courtyard space or the outside view and enjoy its beauty. The landscape of the project is of the flat garden type, which creates platforms and different levels, and spaces for planting different plants.
