MANZAR VILLA

The project was located in the Polour mountain area on land with an area of approximately 500 square meters. One of the main challenges of the project was the steep slope of the site and its small area to meet the client's needs. The initial segment of the land exhibited a significantly elevated position alongside a moderate inclination, whereas the gradient of the terrain assumed an increasingly abrupt inclination when progressing beyond the entrance. The client's request was to design a two-story villa with an area of approximately 400 meters. Our approach to the architectural design involved elevating the villa to the level of the entrance of the ground, and suspending it with a structural foundation, which allowed for an unobstructed view of the Damavand peak from both floors, as well as the space beneath the villa which was utilized for the construction of a garden and pool area. Furthermore, the architectural structure of the foundation was able to generate visually appealing areas both within and outside of the Villa.
