SILENCE VILLA
Tehran | 2023
The line that flew in the wind
This villa belongs to a family of 5 people.
The father was interested and active in alpine skiing and spent many years of his life in this sport, the mother was a musician and a musician and a lover of poetry and art, although their children were young, they followed their family interests and engaged in sports and They were art.
The story of silence begins where the family decides to build a villa where they can pursue their interests and find nature and peace.
A place where the sun shines on their days and they feel the nature inside.
A place that reminds them of flying in the snow and the music of the seasons.
Silence was our answer to this problem.
From two curves rotated on a radius, circles with a common center and a common season were formed, and they were connected.
Their connection was to break the boundaries.
Transparency and light connected them together and their tied hands opened a window to the story.
The silence is the collision of two volumes where an opening has been created at the point of their intersection and this opening continues towards the sky.
Like the last note of music before the silence, with the arrival of which we have the intersection of the strings and the string and the extension and continuation of the beautiful sound of the note. (quarter rest)
The story starts from the entrance stairs and we go to the entrance door with a bridge and we go inside the villa.
From the other side, we go down along the slope of the ground and reach the swimming pool and club.
From inside the villa, we are guided step by step towards the stairs with the inside pond and running water.
The water and the stairs with us take us to the same basement.
In the green space in front of the pool, trees live in order to create privacy for the pool and enjoy nature inside the pool.
When we stand on top of the trees from the entrance bridge and terrace and stare at the trees, it is as if we are standing above a forest and immersed in greenery.
The villa spins and dances and every angle of it is connected in the rotation
And it shows us its uniformity, integrity and transparency.
